History KRUEGER Engineering was established in 1951 as a “postage stamp sized” facility with a handful of employees and the large aspirations of founder and President, Roger F. Krueger. The original facility was on Tidwell Road, Houston. After a few years, the fledgling operation was on its way to success and required a larger plant. The move to the present Hirsch Road, Houston, location was made ... and this location offered the capability for the many plant expansions that have since occurred. KRUEGER Engineering first gained recognition decades ago by successfully tackling the “problem” jobs with which others couldn’t or wouldn’t cope. In its early years, KRUEGER fabricated essentially only heat transfer equipment for Texas Gulf Coast area refineries and process plants. In later years, the spectrum changed to encompass all that is portrayed on this website, and a marketing area which is worldwide. |
